We are a high school based young women platform that’s focused on the empowerment and advancement of our high school young women in their respective careers. Formalized in 2021/22, Shespires has become our high school-wide commitment to create meaningful change with regards to women’s career opportunities. We look forward to creating lasting change and spreading awareness about various societal happenings and issues.

Advancing Women’s Career Growth

We aim to recruit interns and improve access of career opportunities for teens in grades 11-12, and help more young women ascend to leadership-level roles across the high-school network

Improve Networking Opportunities

We aim to provide greater access to women CXOs and role models, networking, expertise and advice to young women-high school entrepreneurs and women-run initiatives of all sizes.

Improving Women’s Financial Health

We provide education and tools to increase financial health and independence of young women in our communities.

Unfortunately, at least 50% of the world’s population faces threats to their personal safety every day. Women of all ages and backgrounds are constantly dealing with unsafe situations, whether when walking home alone, riding in taxis, or simply existing in public places.

Women’s education is critical to the country’s entire development. It’s similar to an effective medicine that may know how to cure a patient and recover their health. A well-educated lady is capable of managing both her personal and professional lives.

Poor security at the workplace is another pivotal concern that women have to deal with. Women working in night shifts fall victim of several crimes due to inadequate security arrangement by the higher management. Incidents of driver or another male employee assaulting a woman worker in office transport has been reported every second day.

At The Girl Child Values Support Initiative, we are committed to positively changing the future for women and girls everywhere. Learning from yesterday and being inspired by the possibilities of a balanced and safer tomorrow, we are changing the realities of half of the earth's population today through our well-thought-out programs.

Female unemployment rates are still high in most countries, especially in the developing world. The high unemployment rate among women is mainly because of the perception of women, culture, and tradition. Women are considered weaker sex by most employers, therefore, will always overlook them for men.

Women comprise 48% of the Indian population and yet they are highly neglected. They face many issues like malnutrition lack of maternal health, breast, cervical, and ovarian cancer, aids in UTI, and many psychological Issues like depression, anxiety autoimmune diseases including thyroid, and many more.
