Krisha Makharia is the Founder and President of Shespires ,an Indian non-profit-based forum. She is 17 years old and is an IBDP student at Jamnabai Narsee International School, Mumbai and is currently in the 11th grade. She enjoys writing, reading and music. She's passionate about justice and is open to opinions and different perspectives. She wants to pursue her professional career in Business and Psychology. Krisha is young and dynamic and has a passion to better the society, particularly for girls and women of both today and tomorrow. From the young age of 12 years, she has been very vocal about girls’ education, gender equality, animal cruelty, health & hygiene facilities, etc. Through this organisation she wants to create a safe space to talk about and bring the right attention to issues that don't get the attention they need, hoping to create an impact.

Suchismita Roy is a Grade 11 student in Bangalore. She loves writing and is a passionate feminist. She is also wishes to pursue economics and, in her free time, likes to read, listen to music, and play guitar.

Alayna Negi is the Head of Marketing at Shespires. She is a 17 year old grade 11 IBDP student at Jamnabai Narsee International School. She is an avid reader, is extremely fond of singing and is a diehard Swiftie, who wants to pursue a career in Business. From a young age she has been immensely passionate about feminism and gender equality and hopes to raise awareness for these causes (and many more!) by being part of the Shespires team. Being interested in and having prior experience in the marketing aspect of running a business, her experience is an asset to the team.
