MHA has set up a new ‘Women Safety Division’ on May 28, 2018 to strengthen measures for safety of women in the country and instill greater sense of security in them through speedy and effective administration of justice in a holistic manner and by providing a safer environment for women.
The scheme has presently been implemented in 100 districts of India with a low Child Sex Ratio (CSR), where government officials at Panchayat and district levels work towards elimination of female foeticide and infanticide as well as ensure free elementary education to each and every young girl.

Micro & small enterprises can avail an investment promotion subsidy to an extent of 10% of turnover in each financial year and spread the same to a maximum of 5 financial years from the date of commercial production.
