This was our second session of Inspiration by Shespires, where we delved into the career opportunities in HR. Our guest speaker, Ms. Hema Ravichandar, who is among the top 25 most powerful women in India, shared her inspiring journey with us. She also delved into how HR plays a critical role in the success of any corporate firm and gave her insights on diversity, communication, and collaboration. The entire session was quite insightful, especially for the younger generation, and we are extremely grateful to her for having changed our perspective on HR.
