InstagramThis was our third session of Inspiration by Shespires, where we were joined by our guest, Ms. Rita Singh, who is the only woman in steel manufacturing and mining in India. During the session, she shared several anecdotes while dazzling us with her unique and determined professional journey. We delved into the importance of optimism and willpower and also learned about steel manufacturing and mining. Bringing forth her commendable experience in various businesses, including aviation, she shared with us knowledgable advice about leadership, male-dominated work environments, and the role of upbringing in shaping your mindset. We learned the importance of gathering the correct information and learning to value our interests. Lastly, among the various other things discussed, we learned about her love for animals and her Krishna Ashram and understood the importance of making time for the things we love while working.
